Jarreau & Associates, Inc., is a woman-owned landscape architectural firm founded in 1999 (previously doing business as: JAJ Landscape Architectural Serviced). Jarreau & Associates, Inc is certified as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) and also certified as a Women/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise with the City of Houston. Founder Jo Ann Jarreau has studied and practiced in the Gulf Coast region for over 25 years. The firm specializes in landscape master planning and site specific landscape architectural design. For the past nine years Jarreau & Associates, Inc. has offered its clients creativity, good problem solving and attentive service.

Each project is approached with creative vision grounded in experience. We pride ourselves on our record of meeting deadlines and budgets, as well as the constructability of our documents. We believe our success is due in large part to our attitude and flexibility in working with our clients throughout project design and implementation. We listen to our clients and then develop a plan to meet their individual needs and goals. We do not follow a set style of design but instead work to achieve design excellence that is tailored to the project scope, resulting in satisfied clients who return again and again for our expertise. We have the ability to work with and lead teams of professionals. The design team works cohesively as an extension of the client team. The process of bringing together client groups, stakeholders, staff, councils and boards is one of the most vital aspects of our practice as landscape architects and planners.
